Deletion requests can be submitted to:
[support@simpo.ai](mailto:support@simpo.ai)
When a valid deletion request is received, we will delete or anonymise eligible data in accordance with applicable laws and our legitimate legal and security obligations.
Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, security requirements, fraud-prevention obligations, financial recordkeeping requirements, or the establishment or defence of legal claims.

Users may:
* Disconnect their Google account from within Simpo where the option is available

10. OAuth Permissions
Simpo requests only Google OAuth permissions that are necessary to provide the functionality selected by the user.
We do not request access to Google data solely for potential future functionality.
Where practical, permissions are requested when the corresponding integration or feature is enabled so that users can understand why the permission is required.

Our websites and applications may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality including:
* User authentication
* Session management
* Security
* User preferences
* Product analytics
* Service reliability
Users may control cookies through their browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect application functionality.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our services, integrations, legal requirements, or data-handling practices.
